Staff Training

At Oaklands Care & Nursing Home, continuous training is key to delivering high-quality care. Staff keep their skills and knowledge up to date, including with in-house training. Great importance is placed on preventative care, for example, through frequent repositioning of residents requiring bed-based care, and care plans tailored to individual needs, supporting skin integrity and comfort.
